Hello Tosh,
I received the wine delivery on Tuesday and shared a bottle with my parents last night (fantastic – they loved it!).
I wanted to email you to send my sincere thanks for all your help and generosity in getting the wine to me and the lovely card we received. I work in a customer service industry and as such I’m quite conscience of customer service and sad to say don’t receive a lot of great service these days but I was blown away by your great service, it is second to none and really made this a great experience!!! We will be telling all our friends and family about the fantastic service we received from you.

I used to be a member of other wine clubs around the country, but to be honest I found that the quality tended to dip after a few deliveries but I was still paying the same. Go figure! Your specials are always really good quality and when I have a glass or two and wonder what I would actually normally pay for the wine, I always come out thinking that I've got myself a real bargain.
