Notes... How a chardonnay base wine from the Adelaide Hills can be made and packaged as stylishly as this and sell for $15, I don't know, but it has clear chardonnay fruit and good balance, simplicity almost a virtue. One imagines it may have been made by the tank-fermented Charmat process, which Tom Stevenson, the champagne guru, points out can make fine sparkling wine if good quality grapes are used ~ Halliday

Tosh Says... One of the best things to come out of Tempus Two in ages. Fabulous sparkling that lingers long, yet is very crisply creamy in the mouth. All too technical? Believe me - at this price you should just be drinking it. Full stop!
