SANDY CROTCH... is the larger than life 'Scozzie' who often mans the phones, packs your orders and muses life with anyone possessing ears and the inability to escape quickly.

He calls himself a 'Scozzie' because he is 'part - Scottish / part Aussie'. He considers himself a bit of an 'everyman' and is particularly fond of wine. You'll probably see him popping up all over the place on Big Time Wine - but only where Tosh doesn't know he is or has been!
