Notes... Purity Vodka comes to life in a proprietary pot still, made of copper and gold, at the 13th century Ellinge Castle in the south of Sweden. During the distillation, the Master Blender disposes of ninety percent of the spirit. Only the Perfect Cut is selected as the heart of Purity Vodka.
The pot still process, which can only be carried out in small batches, is labor intensive and demanding, but the result is unsurpassed. The final spirit is so pure that no filtration is necessary.
After a decade of refining the recipe, the multi awarded Master Blender Thomas Kuuttanen has succeeded in the quest to redefine vodka. By using 70% distilled and 30% natural water from the local artesian well, and a combination of organic wheat and barley, the Master Blender has created a smooth and full-bodied vodka which has set a new standard.
