Notes... The beautiful citrus aroma of this wine is complimented by the grapefruit and lemon bubble burst on the palate, and a long dry finish. Bottle fermented.

Tosh Says... Absolutely remarkable wine and one of my favourite finds of the last couple of years. Truly is an outstanding sparkling. Very drinkable and enjoyable. The finish is lush and long, the flavours subtle yet robust. I'm gushing I know but I cannot recommend this bubbly highly enough. The price is spot on too - lots of much higher prices bubblies wouldn't hold a candle to this little 'Hissy'.
