BTW uses Australia Post as its primary carrier but will on occasion use other couriers. There are also occasions when Big Time Wine will personally deliver goods in the Sydney Metro area.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES
Delivery will occur during normal business hours in the vast majority of cases. In the event Australia Post fails to obtain a signature for delivery, your order(s) will be re-directed to a local delivery outlet. Advice will be given for you to collect your items from the delivery outlet involved. Australia Post does not re-deliver.
BTW often does direct deliveries themselves to customers in the Sydney Metro area.
For all deliveries, should you be happy for your ordered product(s) to be left in a specific area in or around your designated delivery address (e.g. near front door, near back door, behind fence etc) be sure to let us know during the order process.
UNSUPPLIED PRODUCTS & SOLD OUT ITEMS
You will be contacted by BTW should this occur and offered alternative product(s). Should you not be happy with the replacement(s) offered you will immediately be given a credit/refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WINE GOES MISSING FROM MY PROPERTY or DELIVERY ADDRESS GIVEN?
Big Time Wine & the contracted freight/courier company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when delivered without a signature.
HOW MANY BOTTLES PER CASE?
Big Time Wine generally sells wine in 6 or 12 bottle buys; Beer in 12 or 24 bottle cases; Spirits and more expensive items are available in single bottle purchases.
BTW is open to negotiation for large buys (10 dozen+) and is happy to discuss freight costs whenever contacted. Call Tosh direct on 0419 216 343.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Generally it takes just a few days - but please respect that it can take up to 10 working days for some orders to be received.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER PERSONALLY AFTER PAYING OVER THE PHONE?
We prefer not to have orders collected. Due to our systems, safety and stock control procedures, we trust you appreciate our stance on this.
