We try and rate every sparkling wine prior to ranging it, so rest assured the quality factor is paramount. Secondary is the value aspect - making sure the wine is at least worth what is being requested.

Finally, we believe you'll find a gem or two here, getting away from the commercially produced 'recipe' sparkling wines that adorn supermarket liquor stores around the country.
